3. Prices and Delivery/Shipping Costs
All prices on the Site are shown in US Dollars and include the possible taxes. Taxes are not included and all prices may be changed without prior notification. The shipping and delivery costs are calculated in the check-out by location and method of delivery chosen by Customer. Shipping and handling is extra as per the above list prices.
4. Payment Terms and Conditions
Full payment is required in advance of order processing. We accept Stripe, credit card, master card & Bank Transfer. By providing Payment Information, you are authorizing us to charge your payment method for the applicable amount.
Once the payment is declined, or for whatever reason, does not go through, the order shall not be processed and the Customer shall be notified. Credit terms are not granted unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
5. Delivery Conditions
Normal Delivery Time:
Most orders are expected to take 10-14 business days from the date the order is processed. It may vary depending on the complexity of the jersey ordered and its level of customization.

If you need urgent goods, we has expedited shipping options, where the delivery would take approximately 7-10 business days. To do this service, extra costs may be incurred, which one needs to choose at the time of checkout.
6. Partial Delivery Provisions
If the order consists of more than one item, partial deliveries are sometimes inevitable in cases when some products are ready sooner than others. In such an event, we will notify the Customer and pay any additional shipping costs arising from partial shipments, unless otherwise arranged.

We strive to meet delivery deadlines but unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, customs delays or other external factors, may cause delays. We admire your understanding in such situations.
7. Conditional Sale
All products sold on the Site remain our property until we receive full payment. In case there is a chargeback, fraud, or dispute, the ownership of the products remains with us until the resolution of the same.
8. Supply of Samples and Documentation
If you need a sample of our products before placing bulk orders, sample products of our custom jerseys are available at very minimal costs. Informational documentation on the product, such as size charts and material information, is also provided upon request, with guidelines for customization.

All materials on the Website, including but not limited to logos, designs, images, text, and product descriptions, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Without our prior written consent, no portion of the aforementioned may be copied, reproduced, distributed, duplicated, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose.
Release from Liability – Inadmissible Designs
By placing an order for custom jerseys, the customer hereby affirms that any design, logo, or other material given to us does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. We shall bear no liability should there be any legal consequences due to the use of copyrighted or trademarked designs supplied by the Customer. The Customer agrees, by submitting such designs, to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless for any claims or liabilities.
10. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or any other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use the Site. In any event, our liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Customer for the ordered and purchased products.
